This landmark residential development called for a timber solution that would complement clean architectural lines while introducing warmth, texture and a sense of calm throughout the building. Pro Decking was appointed to supply and install the timber decking and screening elements across the rooftop entertainment area as well as multiple apartment balconies.

The rooftop deck forms the heart of the project, incorporating a raised swimming pool, tiered seating, integrated planters and generous circulation areas. The timber softens the concrete structure, creating an inviting space for relaxation and social gatherings, day or night. Subtle lighting enhances the natural grain of the timber, adding depth and atmosphere after sunset.

Throughout the building, timber was also used on balconies and façades to ensure visual continuity from ground level to the roof. Careful attention was given to detailing, fixing methods and alignment to achieve a crisp, contemporary finish that will weather gracefully over time.
