Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided by ProDecking are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Acceptance of a quote requires written confirmation and payment of the stipulated deposit.

Payments

A standard deposit is required prior to project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise stated in the agreed terms.

Workmanship Warranty

ProDecking offers a standard one-year warranty on workmanship, covering defects resulting from installation errors. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or natural variations in timber.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the site and obtain necessary permissions or approvals required for the project. Delays or additional costs resulting from the failure to meet these obligations may be charged to the client.

Changes and Modifications

Any changes requested after the acceptance of the quote may incur additional charges. Such changes must be documented and agreed upon by both parties in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in Cape Town, South Africa.
